It funds maintenance and renovation work identified by third-party facility assessments across 34 campuses and facilities, plus a partial rebuild of Keller Middle School that preserves portions built with 2019 bond funds. Athletics facilities (Proposition D) and districtwide turf (Proposition E) are separate ballot items.

Why It Matters
Third-party assessments identified approximately $1.3 billion in facility needs across HVAC, electrical, roofing, plumbing, safety, and building systems. Keller ISD has been replacing failing systems using operating funds — including $1.2 million spent on HVAC — which are dollars otherwise available for day-to-day district operations.
