The Citizens Bond Advisory Committee.
An independent group of parents, employees, and community members that evaluates facility needs and advises the Keller ISD Board of Trustees.
Purpose
The Citizens Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC) is charged with helping Keller ISD understand long-term facility and technology needs — and translating that understanding into a recommended package the Board can consider.
- Evaluate current and future facility and technology needs.
- Review district facility assessments.
- Develop recommendations for a potential bond package.
- Advise the Keller ISD Board of Trustees.
- Represent parents, employees, and community members across Keller ISD.

- Facility AssessmentsThird-party evaluations identify HVAC, roofing, safety, and building-system needs.
- CBAC ReviewParents, employees, and community members review the assessments in depth.
- Community DiscussionWorking sessions, priorities, and consolidation criteria are debated openly.
- Recommendation to BoardCBAC develops a package of recommended projects for Trustees.
- Board ConsiderationThe Board of Trustees weighs the recommendation and decides whether to call an election.
- Potential November ElectionIf called, voters decide on the bond package at the ballot.
